Anderson-Caster lives in Lake of the Pines, CA with her two children.
She is a former newspaper reporter and contributing author to

Stories of Answered Prayers"
published by Red Rock Press
this spring.
Her travel articles have appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines
throughout California. Melanie also volunteers for her local community
cable TV station, Lake of the Pines Channel 7, as a scriptwriter and
on-air host.

Victoria
Beninga is first and foremost a proud Christian wife and mother. She
lives in the foothills of the Gold Country with her husband, two
children, and an assortment of pets. She was the former publisher of Gold Country Families E-Magazine.
Victoria is the Public Service Director; the On The Road Reporter on
Thursday mornings; and the Weather, Forest Fire, and Ski Reporter for
the morning and afternoon shows on AM
950 KAHI Radio in Auburn, CA, and on the web at http://www.kahi.com.
She is a reporter for Gold
Country Times. She has appeared on Good Day Sacramento
on UPN 31 TV. She has been published in Sierra
Heritage Magazine, Sacramento Sierra Parent Magazine, Inside Roseville

Victoria loves being involved in church activities, her children's

Tracy
Cameron:
Tracy
Cameron lives in Auburn, CA with
her two children. Her dad worked in the oil industry while she was
growing up, o she got to travel a lot. She lived overseas in Norway for
4 years from 1973 - 1977 and got to see a lot of Europe during that
time. She also moved around the United States a lot as a child.
Tracy
as always loved to travel and has decided to combine her love of
traveling with her experience as an early childhood teacher, elementary
teacher, and degree in communications to write articles on kid-friendly
activities. No doubt she will also write other articles of interest to
her.
Tracy is a regular contributor to Gold
Country Families, and has been published in the Gold Country Times.

Haworth:
Jane
Haworth lives in Auburn, California with her husband two daughters
and young son. They moved to the U.S. in
1998 away from family and friends in Devon and Cheshire,
England. The Haworth family spends their free time
exploring family-friendly destinations and enjoys camping in
California.
Jane has been published in Sierra
Heritage magazine, on the Internet, in
local newspapers. She is currently the
calendar editor for Gold
country Families E-Magazine and has a weekly
segment
about upcoming events on KAHI
Radio, in Auburn, CA. She also
enjoys spending any free time on
making one-of-a-kind art quilts, painting, sewing, and volunteering at
her

Suzy McMinn:
Suzy
McMinn lives in Auburn, CA with her horse, a service dog (Peppermint
Patty), and two cats. Suzy is a former newspaper editor for the
Placerville Reporter and is now a freelance writer, proofreader and
photographer. She is a travel writer, columnist, author, and loves
writing about horses and other animals. As a trainer of riders and
horses for 36 years, she writes with compassion and authority. Suzy
majored in Horse Science and minored in Journalism at Oregon State
University. She enjoys traveling and writing about family-friendly

Carmel L. Mooney is a
travel writer, columnist, author and radio talk show host. Her hundreds
of bylines and photographs appear in national, local, and

Heritage, and Country. She teaches seminars on writing and
publishing at writers' conferences and colleges throughout the country.

Stuart Rawlings:
Stuart
Rawlings lives in Auburn, California with his Brazilian wife Elsa and
8-year-old son Austin. He is a social
worker/professor/attorney, and has recently written a utopian novel
called "Another Messiah." Stuart is also the director of the
Auburn Arts Contest, in which artists, writers and musicians of the
larger Auburn area receive awards and have their works published in an

Patrick
Witz resides in Meadow
Vista, CA. and became the editor and publisher of Gold
Country Families E-Magazine September
2007. He is a published freelance and
travel writer, photographer, and painter. For over fifteen
years,
Patrick and his wife have own and operate a high
quality,
nationally accredited preschool and
childcare facility in Meadow Vista that will be featured as "Child Care
Provider of the Week" for the entire Sacramento region on
the national
PBS educational TV series "A
Place of Our Own", May 16, 2008.
Patrick
was encouraged to write professionally by friends and family members
who have been receiving and enjoying his humorous annual "Witz Family Holiday Newsletter"
for the past fifteen years. Besides being the current editor
and publisher for Gold
Country Families E-Magazine, Patrick was for
several years (since it's inception) a regular
columnist for Gold
Country Families E-Magazine. He has also had
numerous articles published in a variety of publications: Inside Roseville Magazine,
Sierra
Heritage Magazine, The View, Auburn Journal Newspaper,
Auburn Sentinel Newspaper, Gold Country
Times Newspaper, Placer County Genealogical Societe

In his rare spare time (after contineously attempting to whittle down
his "honey-do" list), Patrick is oil painting, working
