For in intimate, entertaining, and delightfully enjoyable evening, Off Broadstreet Theater in the charming little town of Nevada City, CA fits the bill.  The reasonably priced theater offers upbeat musical comedies that laughingly melt away the tensions of busy everyday lives.  The minimal stage settings and simple costumes are purely gestures of support to the dynamic amusing personae of the performers.  My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful evening filled with song and laughter that prompted us to promise each other to repeat the pleasant evening with other family members and friends with each new showing.
