Katrina’s Restaurant
By: Patrick Witz

If there is one thing that I enjoy, it’s a good hearty breakfast.  At Katrina’s Restaurant, I’ve eaten more than just one fabulous breakfast.  Our group of four, my wife, two visiting relatives, and I, opted to go out for breakfast verses cooking one Saturday morning.  It was an easy decision deciding where to go, as my wife and I had enjoyed a previous delicious brunch at Katrina’s several weeks earlier with three visiting Southern California friends.  It just so happened that prior to the relatives visit, we had received a very nice thank you note from our friends regarding their first trip to the Auburn area, and they thanked us specifically for taking them to Katrina’s for the best omelet’s they had ever eaten.  They not only remembered the superb meal and pleasant service, they as well remembered the little yellow painted restaurant by name weeks later…how’s that for making a one-time impression!  For breakfast, brunch, or lunch, Katrina’s Restaurant is extraordinarily delectable.
