Chang Brothers Gourmet Chinese Restaurant
By Patrick Witz

As kryptonite is Superman’s weakness, Chinese food is surely one of mine.  I’m not sure what it is about the food that makes this cuisine so exotic, enchanting, and delicious.  Luckily, there is a wonderful local restaurant available to get my weekly delectable fix, Chang Brothers.  The food is exquisite, plentiful, and the value reasonable.  The service is timely, courteous, and the owners themselves greet you warmly at the front door of each respective restaurant and seat you promptly.  The décor is pleasant and they offer a considerably quick turn-around on take-out orders (although I recommend calling ahead for take-out).  If you like fresh, good quality, pleasingly presented, delicious, traditional Chinese food, this is certainly one of the best around.
